Murat Şahin is the founder of MSA Projecta Mühendislik Ticaret Limited Şirketi and a Varian Certified Extended Rigging Team Leader. Unlike managers who approach radiotherapy projects from the outside, his career was built on the treatment room floor — installing, rigging and commissioning linear accelerators in hospitals across Asia, Africa and Europe.
To date, he has been involved directly or indirectly in the installation of nearly 1,000 linear accelerator systems, and has personally installed more than 200 of them. This hands-on depth is what shapes MSA Projecta’s engineering culture: every shielding door, bunker design and installation plan is prepared by people who know exactly what happens on site.
He graduated from Yıldız Technical University in 2008 with a dual bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering — a combination that mirrors the electromechanical nature of LINAC installation and shielding door engineering.
